The JSCC English Department formally invites you to its annual UWRITE Professional Development Conference at the Shelby Campus Judy Merritt Building on June 6, 2025 from 8 am-3:15pm.  Registration and networking will begin at 8am with an official welcome and overview session at 8:30am.  See general agenda below for conference session time guide.  This day of development will feature a choice of sessions with faculty and staff, a keynote speaker, departmental SLO committee 2025-2026 new three-year cycle SLO instruction and strategy discussion, dual enrollment specific workshops, and networking and collaborative opportunities.
